Marvin and Houston and the Off Duty Fireman Construction team were a pleasure to work with. We remodeled our kitchen and master bath as well as replaced the flooring throughout our home. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Off Duty Fireman Construction Inc. is a fully licensed North Carolina General Contractor with active general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We can provide a current Certificate of Insurance on request.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates after an initial in-home consultation (or a virtual walkthrough for smaller projects). Larger custom builds may include a paid pre-construction agreement to cover detailed design and engineering.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Asheville and the surrounding Western NC region — including Arden, Black Mountain, Canton, Hendersonville, Maggie Valley, Swannanoa, Waynesville, and Weaverville. For custom-home and commercial projects we'll travel further into Buncombe, Henderson, and Haywood counties.
